Job Description:
Mahatma Public School, Perambalur, invites applications for the position of Primary Teacher (PRT) – Mathematics. We are looking for energetic and passionate teachers who can make Mathematics enjoyable, engaging, and conceptually clear for students in the primary grades (Classes 1–5).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Focus on activity-based and child-friendly teaching methods.
- Use real-life examples and interactive tools to make learning fun.
- Assess student performance through classwork, homework, and tests.
- Provide individual attention to students needing additional support.
- Maintain discipline, class records, and communicate progress with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. (Mathematics specialization preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of CBSE syllabus and innovative teaching practices.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young learners.
