Job Location: Noida (Sector 63)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

About the Role

We are hiring a creative and versatile Graphic & UI/UX Designer who can manage end-to-end

design needs across product and marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Figma and modern design tools, experience with branding, prototypes, and UI/UX best practices,

and should also be able to create marketing creatives, videos, and social content. Knowledge of AI powered design tools will be a big plus to speed up workflows.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
  • Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web & mobile apps.
  • Conduct basic usability testing & feedback incorporation.

Branding & Graphics

  • Develop logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity.
  • Design presentations, brochures, banners, infographics, and print materials.
  • Ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create ads, campaign creatives, social media posts, emailers, thumbnails, and newsletters.
  • Support the marketing team with creative assets for campaigns and events.
  • Knowledge of basic copy alignment (text + visuals) for marketing content.

Video & Motion Graphics

  • Design and edit videos, reels, promos, and explainers.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and animations.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads, etc.).

AI & Productivity Tools

  • Use AI design & content tools (Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, Runway, ChatGPT

prompts for creatives, etc.) to speed up workflows.

  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools & trends in design.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of relevant design experience.
  • Figma (must-have) for UI/UX work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in branding, logo design, and marketing collaterals.
  • Strong in video editing, motion graphics, and animation basics.
  • Understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media formats & marketing design standards.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools for faster execution.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Design / Fine Arts / Multimedia or equivalent experience.
