The candidate will have creative freedom and will own the entire end to end creative cycle. Other than shooting and editing role also involves ideating, and planning.>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConcepts Ideation & Shot division:Come up with crazy scroll stopping visual hooks and creative direction.Shooting and production:Shoot high-quality videos with sony cameras independently or with a small team, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.Editing:Edit short-form videos like a pro with engaging transitions, motion graphics, music, pacing, after effects, aesthetic captions etc.Multitasking:Handle multiple client's projects together.>REQUIREMENTSAs an editor you must be proficient with:- short form storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, after effects, design principles, typography, font pairing for aesthetic looking contentAs an videographer you must be proficient with:- short form composition, lightning, framing, and camera movements.As a professional you must have:- the ability to work independently and creatively and have excellent time management and multi tasking skills.>APPLYUpload your reels portfolio in this form -> >WHY US?No clock-in clock-out culture, pure task based culture.Full creative freedom.Get to work with nation's top D2C brands.A fun and positive creative work environment>COMPANY DESCRIPTION9AV Productions is a young creative agency specialised in short form video creation and strategy.
