About The Role
We are looking for a Head Graphic Designer to lead the creative direction and execution for all Hospitality brands including new restaurant concepts, dessert brands, lounges, and lifestyle verticals. The role demands a strong design sense, leadership, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual identities across digital and print.

Key Responsibilities
Branding & Identity:
Develop complete visual identities for new restaurant launches including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.

Design & Collateral
Oversee and design menus, standees, coasters, table tents, valet cards, invites, packaging, and in-venue branding.

Social Media & Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team on daily posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives across multiple brand pages.

Creative Direction:
Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and guide junior designers and agencies to achieve unified aesthetics.

Campaign & Launch Support
Conceptualize and execute campaign visuals, event branding, and launch materials for openings and seasonal activations.

Vendor Coordination
Liaise with printers, signage vendors, and production houses for high-quality output and timely delivery.

Requirements
4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and print production.

Experience leading a small team or managing design workflows.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple brand aesthetics simultaneously.

Familiarity with luxury and lifestyle visual language.
