Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.
  • Utilize Python for data engineering tasks, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and performance tuning.
  • Implement and manage data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks.
  • Work within the AWS cloud environment, leveraging services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, and Lambda.
  • Orchestrate data workflows using tools like Airflow or AWS Step Functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data modeling and warehousing practices.
  • Utilize version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices to streamline development processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
