Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Delhi, India. The Receptionist will handle daily tasks such as managing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and performing various clerical duties. The role involves maintaining a professional front desk environment, ensuring efficient communication, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage appointments and maintain schedules
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
