Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Molding Engineer based in Ludhiana. The Injection Molding Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the injection molding process, ensuring the production of high-quality components. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating injection molding machines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and collaborating with the design and production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in setting up and operating injection molding machines
  • Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials
  • Skills in troubleshooting and resolving injection molding issues
  • Experience in process optimization and maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or bicycle manufacturing industry is a plus
