Project description
IT Analyst focused on non-clinical healthcare systems (like HR, patient experience, safety systems). Your job is to support, improve, and maintain these systems so they run smoothly and meet user needs.
- Responsibilities
- Daily OperationsHandle requests and projects related to non-clinical softwaredesigning, building, testing, and maintaining them.
- Troubleshooting & UpdatesHelp fix issues and assist with software upgrades.
- TestingHelp create and manage testing plans and work with users to test systems.
- CoordinationWork with different departments to ensure systems are well-supported.
- TeamworkCollaborate with various professionals to keep systems stable and functional.
- DocumentationKeep records updated and follow change management rules.
- On-Call SupportBe available during off-hours as part of a rotation to handle urgent issues.
- Continuous LearningStay updated and trained on different systems and tools.
- Skills
Must have
- 3+ years of IT experience
- we need someone with IT application support experience in Press Ganeys HRP application and/or RLDatixs RL6 application.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business workflows
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Experience with non-clinical healthcare systems like
- Risk management
- Patient experience
- Patient safety
- Initial focus will be on Press Ganey HRP (a tool used for patient experience and performance improvement)
