About the Role

Human Before Resource Private Limited is conducting a Walk-In Drive for fresher and experienced candidates for International Chat, Backend, and Non-Voice Processes. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming client help requests via chat, email, or backend systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Record, track, and document client queries, problem-solving steps, and resolutions effectively.
• Follow defined procedures and SLAs to ensure timely and accurate query resolution.
• Utilize internal knowledge bases and resources to provide efficient problem-solving.
• Analyze call/chat logs to identify trends and recommend preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Maintain and update customer self-help documents to improve resolution time.
• Escalate unresolved or critical client issues to the appropriate team lead.
• Ensure compliance with service agreements and maintain accurate disclosures throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Eligibility: Higher Secondary graduates, graduates, and postgraduates are welcome to apply.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

• Work Preference:

• Comfortable with night & evening shifts for international process.

• Ready to work from office.

• Documentation: Must possess valid ID proofs (Aadhar and PAN cards) and educational certificates/marksheets.

• Location: Candidates must reside within a 25-30 km radius of the office location.

• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
