Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Vice Principal. The Vice Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the institution while ensuring adherence to the school's educational standards. Responsibilities include monitoring curriculum implementation, guiding staff performance, organizing school activities, maintaining discipline, and fostering strong communication with parents, teachers, and students. The Vice Principal will also support the Principal in decision-making and strategy development to meet institutional goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in curriculum development, academic planning, and teacher training
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks, disciplinary protocols, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for education and administration
  • A Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in educational leadership roles is highly desirable
