  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.
  • Screen profiles for relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit before shortlisting.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/Excel/CRM) accurately.
  • Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to coordination of interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of hands-on sourcing experience in IT Domain
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Experience in using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel tracking.
