Role Description

This is a contract role for a Marketing Intern based out of Mumbai. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for strategising and executing marketing plans and campaigns for Arré Voice - Identifying the marketing peg, campaign ideation, copywriting and executing the campaign end to end. These campaigns will involve emailers, app notifications, distribution of content on other audio and social platforms, offline marketing campaigns and social media marketing (including meme marketing, creator collaborations.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across, emailers, social media, content, and community channels.
  • Support growth initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of Arré Voice among Gen Z and young millennials.
  • Create and manage social media content (memes, reels, trending formats) that aligns with Arré Voice's tone and voice.
  • Research pop culture, youth trends, and competitor activities to suggest fresh ideas.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and campus outreach.
  • Track and report performance of campaigns, helping the team optimize content and growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in pop culture, internet trends, and social media. A huge plus if you live on reddit
  • Good communication and writing skills (bonus if you're witty / meme-savvy).
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new formats (especially audio-first).
  • Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or college fest committees is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong Communication and creative writing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a relevant degree program
  • Analytical thinking
