Engineering Manager:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Tasks

Professional Requirements and Expertise

  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in
    engineering management
    and
    team leadership
  • Strong background and hands-on experience in
    software architecture

  • Proven ability to lead
    cross-functional teams
    through the full
    software development life cycle
  • Knowledge of
    security
    ,

    for enterprise-grade software
  • Knowledge of relevant fields of
