Job Specification

Position: CAD Engineer-NX

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: BE (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities

Proactively manage interactions with TIS team in order to understand their inputsRemaster the CAD data from AutoCad into 3D Model and 2D drawings.Generate Parametric Engineering Models and Drawings along with Customer Drawings.Create the Best Practice on the NX Remastering and update in timely mannerPreform Technical Review on the created Documents.Incorporates Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) on Engineering DrawingsDevelop Bill of Material from the given Input.Communicate with the Italy Counterpart when Required. Proficient with creating complex body of connector and terminals in plastic and sheet metal parts, manufactured with injection molding processes and stampingProficient with building and maintaining large assemblies

Requirement

Working knowledge of Siemens NX, Version 8.5 or higher preferred – Feature based modelingIntermediate knowledge and proficiency with Excel and WordPragmatic problem-solver: possesses and demonstrates skills that provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to difficult scope and complexity. Solutions begin to show elements of uniqueness and creativityStrong communication skills Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelinesAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
