Chevron Lummus Global (CLG) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to transform business narratives into compelling visual stories through graphics, videos, and animations. Based in our Gurgaon, India office, this role is ideal for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver fresh, innovative creative output.

Key Responsibilities
Design a wide range of visual assets for marketing campaigns, including whitepapers, case studies, infographics, pitch decks, landing pages, and social media content.

Develop engaging graphics, presentations, videos, and interactive digital experiences.

Create and animate visuals that enhance storytelling and captivate audiences.

Collaborate closely with business leaders, sales & marketing, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all media.

Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Utilize the latest design tools and techniques to produce visually impactful materials.

Support UI/UX design initiatives for web and product interfaces as needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, video production, and animation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, and B2B marketing applications such as Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E); experience with 3D tools is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities under tight
  • deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across various formats—graphics, digital, video,
  • motion, and animation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects,
  • Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
