What Are We Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive
HR Executive

who can bring structure, fun and efficiency to our growing team. Someone who enjoys planning events, handling MIS, managing admin tasks and becoming the go-to person for smooth day-to-day operations.

If you're energetic, organised, people-friendly and love multitasking, you're the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records, attendance and HR-MIS reports
• Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding
• Handle documentation, letters(onboarding and exit), ID cards and HR-related admin tasks
• Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, R&R activities, festival functions
• Support team engagement, fun activities, new initiatives and culture campaigns
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination and daily office Operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations/process
• Job posting and Sourcing candidates.
• Support audits, compliance documentation and HR process improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in HR/Admin
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good with Excel/MIS
• Detail-oriented, organised & proactive
