Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a finance background and a passion for technology to grow in a consulting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct user training and support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development.
  • Support post-go-live activities including troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Document processes, configurations, and user guides as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC as a functional consultant.
  • MBA in Finance (preferred) or a related qualification with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Good understanding of ERP business processes – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certification.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other Microsoft tools.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles or consulting engagements.

Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid depending on project requirements)
