What you will do:

Handling accounting activities of UK operations.

  • Preparing and posting Journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain account reconciliations.
  • Fixed Asset accounting and reconciliation
  • Overall accounting and month/year closing activities.
  • Analysis of P/L and explain variances.
  • Support internal and statutory audits and prepare PBC documents.
  • Liaison with Bankers and handling treasury operations.
  • Implement internal controls and financial procedures.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the above job descriptions.
  • Audit experience/ audit handling experience.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and priorities workload effectively
  • Has excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and maintains a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of business Dutch languages would be an advantage.
  • Must be a postgraduate in commerce/CA intermediate or MBA finance with relevant experience.

What would be nice to have:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Working knowledge in all MS Office products.
  • PeopleSoft/ ERP experience will be added advantage
