Position: System Administrator

Job Summary:

This contract System Administrator will support the Global Learning & Development team by managing and maintaining skills data within Eightfold, ensuring accurate and timely updates to roll tags, and performing administrative tasks within Cornerstone to ensure course integration within Eightfold. The role is critical to enabling scalable talent development and learning operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Eightfold Support- Administer and update skills taxonomy and metadata within Eightfold

Ensure alignment of skills data with organizational roles and learning paths

Troubleshoot and resolve Eightfold system issues related to skills tagging and user access.

Roll Tag Maintenance- Maintain and audit roll tags to ensure accuracy across systems

Collaborate with Sr. Manager of Global Learning & Development to align roll tags with job architecture and leveling guides

Cornerstone Administration- Support course creation, assignment, and reporting in Cornerstone

Manage user permissions, learning assignments, and compliance tracking. Assist with data uploads, content updates, and system configurations. Oversee and validate the integration of Cornerstone courses into Eightfold, ensuring proper mapping and functionality between platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Global Learning & Development, HRIS, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and system interoperability. Participate in system enhancement discussions and testing

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, data management, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with skills framework
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data querying (preferred)

Non-Technical Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours as requested (U.S.-based meetings)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Eightfold or similar talent marketplace platforms
  • Experience with the Cornerstone OnDemand platform or similar learning management systems
