Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

Role: Electrical Engineer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site In-charge

  1. Cable Tray & Raceway Installation

Understand and interpret electrical drawings and layouts for tray/raceway routing.

Supervise and execute the installation of cable trays (ladder, perforated, trunking, etc.) on walls and ceilings.

Ensure alignment, support spacing, and installation standards as per project/specifications.

Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for proper routing and clearance.

  1. Panel Termination & Electrical Wiring

Perform termination of cables at distribution panels, MCCs, and control panels.

Ensure proper dressing, glanding, ferruling, and crimping of wires.

Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes during live or high-voltage work.

Test continuity, insulation resistance, and phase sequence post-termination.

  1. Site Supervision & Execution

Daily monitoring of workforce and contractor activities.

Plan and allocate work based on the project schedule and manpower availability.

Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and safety PPEs.

Maintain site execution quality as per standard practices and checklists.

  1. Technical Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), installation checklists, and inspection reports.

Coordinate with the design/engineering team for clarifications and modifications.

Prepare BOQ consumption reports and raise indent for required materials.

Support QA/QC and client inspections with relevant documentation and technical compliance.

  1. Safety Compliance

Follow and enforce safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Earthing, etc.).

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure hazard-free work environments.

Report near-miss and incidents to safety officer promptly.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹400,000.00 per month
