QC Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor and ensure all process parameters during manufacturing, packing, and dispatch operations are maintained as per defined standards, and report any non-compliance promptly.
• Oversee Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP), ensuring accurate monitoring, documentation, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Conduct regular personal hygiene checks of production staff and maintain proper records and reports.
• Verify product parameters such as weight, pack size, labeling, and storage conditions, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect and document plant hygiene conditions to maintain a clean and compliant production environment.
• Collect and manage samples of finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials for quality analysis.
• Monitor and document all Prerequisite Programs (PRP) activities to support consistent food safety and quality assurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month
