Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Nutanix Full time ₹ 1,04,000 - ₹ 1,30,878 per year

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join and be a part of our dynamic and growing Nutanix Cloud Manager team. NCM accelerates the cloud operating model by enabling Nutanix customers to build, operate, and govern multi-cloud infrastructure and applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for NCM - more specifically AI for IT operations (AIOps) capabilities, helping our customers transform their operations from reactive to proactive.

About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining the Product Management team for the Nutanix Cloud Manager team, a geo-dispersed group that thrives on collaboration. Our team is composed of diverse talent from various locations, which fosters a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives, allowing us to innovate and tackle challenges effectively. The collaborative culture is at the heart of our work environment, where open communication and teamwork are encouraged, ensuring that every team member's voice is heard and valued.

This position will work in a hybrid setup, primarily based out of our Bangalore office, where you will be expected to be in the office three days a week.

Your Role

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AIOps platform and features.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to translate customer and market needs into clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success, inform future decisions, and iterate on the product.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, design, program management, support, marketing, etc.) to drive roadmap execution.
  • Evangelize, provide customer advocacy and briefings to deliver and promote NCM and other related offerings from Nutanix.
  • Provide ongoing field support as needed to drive high customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Drive field and partner enablement in collaboration with marketing and enablement teams.
  • Author, build and maintain compelling internal and external-facing collateral in organization with outbound teams.
  • Have a bias for action and demonstrate ownership for the domain.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience with AIOps, observability, DevOps, or IT operations tools.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex, data-intensive systems and discuss them with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with machine learning, data science, and analytics-driven products.
  • Experience with private and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • An MBA or a Master's degree in a technical discipline.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
