We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Maven and Alfresco to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with Maven build automation, and a solid understanding of Alfresco for enterprise content management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Java-based applications using Maven as the build automation tool.

Integrate and manage Alfresco for enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, including customizations and extensions.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to connect Alfresco with other applications and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices in Java development.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and Alfresco integrations.

Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and manage build configurations using Maven.

Perform code reviews, participate in technical discussions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers when needed.

Test and deploy applications, ensuring quality and functionality meet client and project requirements.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development, Maven, and Alfresco technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Maven.

Experience working with Alfresco ECM, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration.

Strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Proficiency in building and managing Java projects using Maven.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Knowledge of database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Alfresco SDK and extensions for advanced customization.

Familiarity with other build tools and CI/CD practices (e.g., Jenkins, Gradle).

Previous experience in developing enterprise-level content management solutions.

Alfresco certification or relevant training.
