Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Azure AI & Integration Specialist to design and implement cutting-edge AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with Azure AI services, Prompt Flows, Generative AI models (Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude), Document Intelligence, and be capable of building modern web applications using  and Python.

You will also be responsible for provisioning and managing Azure resources, building scalable APIs, and integrating enterprise platforms through Graph and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI & Prompt Flows

  • Design conversational and automation flows using Prompt Flow in Azure AI Studio.
  • Build and optimize prompts for Azure OpenAI (GPT-3.5, GPT-4, GPT 4o) and other models like Claude etc.
  • Integrate AI models into production-grade pipelines with security, grounding, and monitoring practices.
  • Evaluate multi-model performance for summarization, classification, extraction, or intelligent Q&A.

Document Intelligence & Azure AI

  • Create document processing solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer) for forms, invoices, contracts, and scanned PDFs.
  • Train custom models and integrate them into business workflows via Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Python-based services.
  • Automate data extraction and transformation pipelines for unstructured and semi-structured content.

Web & API Development

  • Develop and deploy modern web apps using  (frontend) and Python (FastAPI / Flask) for backend logic.
  • Build secure and scalable REST APIs and Graph API-based solutions to interact with M365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.
  • Consume third-party APIs (ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, Workday, SAP) using OAuth2 and token-based authentication.

Azure Cloud & DevOps

  • Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources like:

  • Web Apps

  • Azure Functions
  • Cognitive Services

  • Blob Storage / Key Vault / API Management

  • Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

  • Monitor applications using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and create alerts for performance & reliability.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in application development and system integrations.
  • Expertise in Azure AI (OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services).
  • Strong knowledge of Prompt Flow, prompt engineering, and grounding techniques.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and secure API consumption.
  • Proficient in Python (Flask/FastAPI), , and full-stack web development.
  • Experience with Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, storage accounts, and Azure resource deployment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows and automated deployments.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to multiple LLMs: Claude, GPT-4, LLama, Mistral, etc.
  • Experience with RAG, langchain, lang graph.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate / CoPilot Studio) for workflow integration.
  • Understanding of OAuth2, RBAC, managed identities, and API throttling.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and structured data platforms.
  • Microsoft certifications: AI-102, AZ-204, PL-400, or equivalent.
