Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-Site)

Experience: 4–6 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (backend) and React (frontend). The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while ensuring performance, responsiveness, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure security.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers if required.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Must-Have Skills

  • Backend: Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred).
  • Frontend: , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
  • Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub).
  • Hands-on experience with deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to unit testing & automation frameworks.
