Location: Brahmapuram Facility

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead target-based waste management operations at the Brahmapuram facility.
  • Manage and motivate the workforce to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the ERP system for reporting, monitoring, and process tracking.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation in BSF larvae cycle management.
  • Maintain high standards of odour control, space utilization, and zero-discharge operations.
  • Coordinate with senior management for system scaling and replication across other cities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement strategies and the overall development of operational systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, waste management, agriculture, food processing, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and workforce management abilities.
  • Proficiency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable performance indicators.
  • Willingness to learn and use ERP systems for reporting and data management.
  • Passion for sustainable waste management and BSF larvae processes.
  • This is a waste management plant, and the working environment involves organic waste, larvae, compost, and odour — candidates must be comfortable working in such conditions.
