**Position:** Junior Creative Assistant

I'm looking for a fresher who is enthusiastic about ads, filmmaking, and social media. This role will involve working closely with me in all my capacities as a Director, Producer, and Creative Agency lead.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Making pitches

* Conducting research

* Ideation and scripting

* Being an integral part of the execution team

This position offers a comprehensive learning experience, allowing them to see the entire creative process from pitch to execution. I'm seeking someone who can leverage their 3 to 6 months with us as a stepping stone to bigger agencies.

**Work Model:** Hybrid

The candidate will be required to work from our Khar office about three times a week, with the option to work from home on other days. Availability on call is essential.

**Working Hours:**

Typically from 10 AM to 6 PM. During shoots or tight deadlines, longer hours may be required.

**Budget:**

* First 3 months: Up to ₹20,000 per month

* Next 3 months: Up to ₹25,000 per month

* Additionally, a project fee of ₹3,000 per shoot will be provided over and above the base salary.
