Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter with 4 - 5 years of experience in machine setup and operations. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in setting VMC machines, tooling, and fixture knowledge, along with experience working on Fanuc and Brother controllers. The role involves ensuring dimensional accuracy, maintaining tool life, and achieving production targets with adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
  • Select and set tools, fixtures, and work offsets to meet machining accuracy.
  • Perform machine calibration and basic troubleshooting.
  • Work with Fanuc and Brother controllers for setup and program adjustments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and quality parameters.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement.
