Role & responsibilities

  • Preparations of QAP & Procedure of All Jobs and Final dossier of All jobs.
  • To get Release Note of EIL jobs.
  • Raw-Material Identification of All Jobs & Material Testing.
  • To Maintain the record of Documents of related jobs
  • Handling of Third Party inspector & Job Inspection
  • Regular interaction with Design, Purchase, Marketing, Production , Machine Shop & Client
  • To prepare U-Stamp Audit & Related Activity. & Good Knowledge of ASME Code.
  • To Prepare Hardness & UT Test Report, Receiving Inspection for U Stamp & Handling U-Stamp & C-Marking Job
  • Inspection of shop activity
  • Active Role in ISO Certification
  • Manage the team of 2-3 Persons in terms of grooming, motivation, identify T&D needs & recommend for the same
  • Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 2-5 yrs

Qualification : Diploma/B.E.(Mechanical)

Should have hands on exp in Static equipment's like Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, Reactors.
