1. Human Resources Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
  • Assist in recruitment job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including offer letters, ID cards, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and salary.

3. Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Maintain discipline and employee conduct records.

4. Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, including housekeeping, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage petty cash transactions, record expenses, prepare vouchers, reconcile balances, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Verify and process bills, vouchers, and reimbursements in coordination with accounts.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Add and delete employees in the biometric attendance system and ensure attendance data accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, courier dispatch, and office asset management.
  • Support IT and facilities teams in office maintenance and logistics.
