Analyst, SRE Application Support, Consumer Banking Group Technology

Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels
Responsibilities
- Must have experience in 24/7 production support team (L1, L2) in Banking domain or credit card domain
Awareness in Software Development Life Cycle knowledge(SDLC) on Agile methodology - Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the bank
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations
- Monitor and resolve production issues based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Proactively identify and address potential problems to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in application support, batch support, and handling tickets in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to monitoring and resolving production issues
- Candidate should have experience in Linux
- Should be good in observability and monitoring.
