Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, statutory compliances, audit processes, and bank reconciliations. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and supporting both internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

GST & TDS Compliance:

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
  • Perform GST calculations, reconciliations, and resolve mismatches
  • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
  • Generate and issue Form 16 / Form 16A

Accounting & Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in compliance with applicable standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations and amendments
  • Prepare and maintain records required for statutory filings and audits
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory payments

Bank & Financial Reconciliation:

  • Perform bank reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts, receivables, and payables
  • Support cash flow tracking and fund management

Audit Support:

  • Assist in conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to internal control
  • Prepare schedules and documentation for statutory and tax audits
  • Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit queries

Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required
  • Assist in budgeting and variance analysis
  • Provide support in preparing data for management decision-making
