Currently operating 11 boutique cafés across North India, The Hazelnut Factory is expanding rapidly, supported by Bikaji Foods, its majority stakeholder. The brand focuses on innovation, quality, and fostering a culture of flavor, craft, and connection.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, conducting market research, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, promote products and services, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategies and analyze trends.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Marketing to support and drive brand growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Creative thinking, adaptability, and ability to work independently and in team settings.
