Department: Sales Industry: Paints and Coatings Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a performance-oriented and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our direct B2C sales operations in Nagpur. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the paint industry, with a strong track record in managing field sales teams, driving revenue, and expanding customer base through direct-to-consumer sales.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute territory-level B2C sales plans focused on growing market share, customer base, and brand visibility.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of field sales executives. Ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets through active supervision and support.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Directly engage with end-users (homeowners, painting contractors, small builders) to promote products, conduct demonstrations, and convert leads into sales.
  • Market Expansion: Identify untapped residential zones, initiate outreach campaigns, and build strong relationships in the local market.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track field activities, generate regular MIS reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with marketing, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 47 years of experience in direct B2C sales

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the paint industry is mandatory

  • Location Preference: Candidates familiar with the Nagpur, Udaipur market and surrounding areas preferred

  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
