Required Technical Skill Set :

  • 6-9 years of professional experience in AEM development (AEM 6.5+ preferred).
  • Write efficient, modular, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Java, and J2EE technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Java/J2EE, JavaScript - including frameworks/libraries such as JQuery HTML5, XML, and CSS.
  • Experience in integrating AEM with RESTful/SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting AEM-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain AEM environments, including configuration, deployment, and performance tuning.
  • Optimize performance for global audiences by leveraging dispactcher, CDN caching strategies and CDN integration
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing AEM applications.
