Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing and expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting meetings, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM software and tools
  • Knowledge of educational technology and training programs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
