About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, and React to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in backend and frontend development, with working experience in AI/ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP) domains.

This role involves building scalable web applications, integrating AI/ML pipelines, and contributing to the architecture of intelligent systems used in healthcare, and content analytics etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) and
• Build dynamic, responsive UIs using and modern frontend tools.
• Design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate and deploy AI/ML models, especially related to Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Work closely with data scientists to turn ML prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Implement secure and efficient data processing workflows (ETL, real-time pipelines, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Solid experience with backend development.
• Hands-on experience with , TypeScript/JavaScript, and frontend state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, with implementation experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Practical experience in Natural Language Processing using Amazon Bedrock and libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
• Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.

• Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models) or generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and embeddings.
• Experience in training and deploying ML models into production environments.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and event-driven design.
