Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for various roles across IT and RCM domains.
  • Source and screen candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or RCM (Healthcare) recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and timelines.
  • Bachelors degree in HR or a related field preferred.
