What You'll Do

  • Develop & execute content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
  • Create original content: reels, memes, carousels, videos, blogs, and stories around Ayurveda, nutrition, and wellness.
  • Manage and maintain a robust content calendar (daily/weekly/monthly posting).
  • Spot trends early and remix them into brand-relevant content.
  • Write witty, sharp, and engaging captions & copy.
  • Engage with our community, respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a brand-consistent way.
  • Run & optimize Meta Ads + YouTube campaigns with fresh creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand identity.
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs/metrics (engagement, ROI, conversions).
  • Manage influencer partnerships and UGC programs.
  • Handle SEO + basic web analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Monitor brand reputation and step in for crisis communication if needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads, and social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout).
  • Creative skills: graphics, video editing, photography, live/social streaming.
  • Strong copywriting, editing & storytelling abilities.
  • Passionate about digital culture + trend-spotting.
  • Organized multitasker with ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Background in Ayurveda, nutrition, or wellness is a big plus (makes content more authentic).
  • Bonus: if you've built a personal social media presence experimenting with content.
