Bakery Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team at CRUMBS & DOILIES at Ballygunj ,Kolkata The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, bread, and innovative desserts, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery & confectionery products.
• Develop and test new recipes to expand the menu.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory and control waste to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role.
• Expertise in making eggless baked goods is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and ingredients.
• Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
