Position Overview

We are looking for a Study Abroad Counselor (Female) at our Mota Varachha, Surat office who is equal parts advisor and achiever — someone who can guide students on their study abroad journey with genuine care, while also being target-driven and focused on lead conversion. This is a role that blends the empathy of a counselor with the sharpness of a sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and convert: Guide prospective students for higher education opportunities in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Dubai, Ireland, etc., while converting inquiries into confirmed applications.
  • Lead management: Handle walk-ins, telephonic/WhatsApp/email inquiries, and follow-ups with a strong sales mindset.
  • Target-driven performance: Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to leads, applications, and admissions.
  • Conduct needs-based counseling to help students choose the right course and university, while tactfully steering the conversation towards enrollment.
  • Build trust and rapport in Gujarati with students and parents for strong regional engagement.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth application and visa processing.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM and report regularly to management.
  • Represent D Vivid at education fairs, seminars, and institutional tie-up events.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Confident, persuasive, and empathetic personality
  • Good listener with a consultative approach
  • Basic understanding of study abroad procedures (training provided)
  • Ability to thrive under performance-based targets
  • Comfort with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic computer operations

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Communication, Education)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or education industry
