Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced 6 to 8 years and passionate Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python, specifically with Django frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling backend systems and APIs, with deep understanding of system architecture and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.

- Strong command over Django frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Experience designing scalable architecture and building production-grade APIs.

- Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.

- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached), message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and containerization (Docker).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project tracking tools like Jira.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python (Django).

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.

- Work on database modeling, performance tuning, and writing optimized queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

- Ensure security best practices in handling data, authentication, and session management.

- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions.

- Write unit and integration tests and participate in CI/CD pipeline processes.

- Monitor application performance and debug production issues.
