Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic SAP FICO professional to manage and support SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will lead or assist in SAP implementations, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, Asset Accounting, CO-CCA, CO-PA, Product Costing).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for integrated solutions.
  • Lead or support end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Work on S/4HANA migration or support if applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • SAP FICO certification preferred.
  • CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) is a strong advantage.
  • 5–10 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience with Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory reporting.
