Adobe Campaign & Data Analytics with Cloud Migration Expertise
Job Summary
Synechron seeks a highly skilled and proactive Associate Specialist with experience in Adobe Campaign and related digital marketing technologies.
The role is central to designing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaign tracking solutions, as well as building analytics dashboards to support marketing and finance teams.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams within an agile environment to develop scalable data processing solutions, automate workflows, and ensure seamless deployment and support of marketing applications across testing, staging, and production environments. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing marketing insights, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across theorganization.
Software Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on proficiency with Adobe Marketing Suite, including Campaign tracking and Adobe Analytics, with solid experience in implementing and managing related solutions. Technical expertise in BigQuery, Cloud SQL, DataProc, and PySpark is essential for data migration, analysis, and processing tasks. Strong scripting skills in UNIX shell, Perl, and Python are required for automation and data handling activities. Familiarity with web service protocols such as REST and SOAP, along with Java programming, is desirable but not mandatory.
Preferred skills include experience with Google Analytics Search Ads 360 (SA360), machine learning or data mining techniques, object-oriented design and coding, and working within cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Overall Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements related to digital marketing and data tracking.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and related tools that meet project specifications and business needs.
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for marketing and finance teams, enabling data-driven insights.
- Implement tracking solutions using cookies and tags, manage tag containers, variables, and content tagging to ensure accurate data collection.
- Migrate existing workloads (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) to Google Cloud environments using Cloud SQL and DataProc.
- Perform batch and interactive data analysis with BigQuery, ensuring high data quality and performance.
- Contribute to software development within an Agile team, participating in code reviews, testing, and automation efforts.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications across various environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge to improve team performance and deliver innovative solutions.
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:Required: Python, PySpark, Java (for web services)Preferred: Knowledge of object-oriented design, scripting in Perl and UNIX shell.
Databases/Data Management:Proficiency with Cloud SQL and BigQuery for data storage, querying, and analysis. Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Hive workloads migrating to cloud environments.
Cloud Technologies:Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform, including DataProc, BigQuery, and related services.
Frameworks and Libraries:Experience with data processing frameworks like Spark and Hive; familiarity with analytics and automation libraries in Python.
Development Tools and Methodologies:Hands-on with version control (e.g., Git), agile development practices, automated testing, and continuous integration tools when applicable.

Experience Requirements
- Between 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in software development, with a primary focus on digital marketing technology solutions.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Marketing Suite, Campaign tracking, and Adobe Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in developing tracking solutions using cookies, tags, and content management.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, including migrating workloads and performing advanced analytics on GCP.
- Prior work integrating data analytics, automation, and real-time dashboarding.
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Alternative qualifications include extensive experience in data engineering, marketing analytics, or digital marketing automation roles.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams and clients to gather and refine requirements for tracking and analytics.
- Develop and enhance tracking implementations and content tagging strategies to accurately capture user interactions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance and financial analysis.
- Migrate existing on-premises workloads to Google Cloud, optimizing performance and cost.
- Write, review, and test code for data processing and automation tasks, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data ingestion, processing, or deployment pipelines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions.
- Document technical solutions, workflows, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Continuously explore emerging tools, methods, and industry standards to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Certifications in Adobe Marketing Cloud (preferred) or related analytics/domains.
- Proven success with software design, development, and automated testing in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay current with cloud, analytics, and digital marketing technology trends.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
