The role focuses on enabling Category Growth for P&G and for the Customer. Drives analytic and insights across data sources and available platforms to provide recommendations and actionable plans; it leads planogramming, assortment analysis and SBD proposals to improve shelf arrangement and navigability for the Shopper, both offline and online.

Education- Industrial Engineer, Systems, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Category Management Certification (Offline & Online, preferred)
- Experience working in FMCG and retail category management (highly advantageous)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a Must.
- Strong experience with Shelf planogramming: Space Planning, Spaceman or others.
- Highly skilled in Storytelling, Business writing and presentation design.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage project timelines, communications, and deliverables.
