Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit and on-site coordination to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models and working closely with site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for Architecture, Structure, or MEP.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to validate models with actual site conditions.
  • Assist in clash detection and resolve design discrepancies with project engineers.
  • Produce drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation from BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project workflows.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
  • Experience in site coordination and construction workflows.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, detailing, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time
