About the Role We're seeking a Visual Brand Designer who can translate brand strategy into strong, consistent visuals across both digital and offline touchpoints. This role needs someone who blends speed with creativity, delivering polished designs without losing momentum. Responsibilities
  • Design for digital-first platforms: website, app visuals, social media creatives, campaigns.
  • Develop offline assets: POS materials, brochures, standees, event collaterals.
  • Create and maintain brand identity systems (guidelines, typography, color palettes).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Deliver designs quickly while ensuring premium visual quality.
  • Stay current with design trends to keep brand identity fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in visual/graphic design (agency, startup, or in-house brand experience).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proven ability to design for both digital + print formats.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates brand identity work + campaign assets.
  • Ability to balance speed & creativity under tight deadlines.
  • Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.
