We are looking for a Junior Odoo Developer to join our growing team. As a part of our development team, you will help implement and customize Odoo ERP modules to align with our business needs—especially in areas like CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules (primarily CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Invoicing).
  • Understand business requirements and help translate them into technical features.
  • Build and maintain Odoo reports, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code in Python/Odoo framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and mobile developers (Flutter).
  • Provide support in bug fixing, upgrades, and testing of Odoo modules.
  • Assist in integrating Odoo with external apps/APIs (e.g., mobile, Flask backend, or payment services).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience with Odoo.
  • Strong foundation in Python programming.
  • Basic understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, and workflows.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and writing custom SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Odoo Studio, , or local Odoo deployment.
  • Good understanding of business processes like sales, inventory, invoicing, or CRM.
  • Comfortable working with Linux, Git, and basic debugging.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

  • Experience working on Odoo integrations with mobile apps or third-party systems.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and external webhooks.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templates.
  • Exposure to Flask, Android Studio, or mobile/ERP hybrid solutions.
  • Interest in sales automation, field-force, or inventory management workflows.
