Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Art Director with a passion for visual storytelling in the textile and costume design industry. The ideal candidate will lead our creative team in delivering innovative concepts and impactful designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. A strong portfolio, hands-on expertise in graphical sketching, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite are essential. A background from NIFT or an equivalent premier design institute is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation and execution of creative concepts across print, digital, and textile/costume mediums.
  • Supervise, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, and production heads to develop visually compelling campaigns.
  • Create and maintain consistent visual brand identities.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Present design proposals and creative direction to internal teams or clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and design innovations.
  • Oversee photo shoots, video production, textile illustrations, and artwork development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • NIFT qualification or equivalent design education preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of creative experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in textile/costume design, graphical sketching, and cross-platform campaigns.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Excellent aesthetic sense, layout skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹100,000.00 per month
