What You'll Do
Engineering Excellence
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Define system architecture, integration patterns, and technology choices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Product Alignment
- Translate product vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate trade-offs between speed, scalability, and sustainability.
- Ensure technology choices directly contribute to product success.
Business Impact
- Partner with business teams to align solutions with growth objectives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluations for technology decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering , , Python) / architecture with proven experience in solution design.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in microservice /cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, databases, and security best practices.
- Product Mindset: Ability to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and product/business value.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
